License, delivery, support and final-sale terms for our self-service documentation resources.
Effective September 10, 2026. These terms apply to V.E.S.T. digital documentation resources. The documentation review service has separate terms.

What is supplied: The eight paid self-service documentation products are Document Maintenance Toolkit (sale $14.50; regular $29), Professional Documentation Review Workbook (sale $44.50; regular $89), Incident Documentation Kit (sale $13; regular $26), Employee Access and Offboarding Pack (sale $9.50; regular $19), Vendor Review Starter Kit (sale $16; regular $32), Business Continuity Starter Workbook (sale $19.50; regular $39), Security Tabletop Exercise Kit (sale $26; regular $52), and Facility Security Walkthrough Pack (sale $13; regular $26). Each product page identifies the formats and files supplied with that product. The Professional Documentation Review Workbook does not require a prerequisite purchase. The separate Remote Security Documentation Review is currently $49.50 during the sale (regular price $99), is a service, and is not included with these digital products. Prices are one-time USD amounts; applicable taxes are shown before payment.
Use permission: The license permits the purchaser and staff within one organization to copy and adapt the editable forms for that organization's internal work. The free checklist may be shared unchanged with attribution. Paid materials may not be resold, publicly redistributed or offered as a competing template product. Customers retain their own entered content. No ongoing subscription or future-version entitlement is included.
Delivery: After Stripe confirms payment, your purchased ZIP is available on a private website download page. Save the private page link; download access lasts 30 days after payment. Your downloaded files remain licensed for ongoing use. Delayed payment methods unlock only when payment succeeds. If the link is missing or expired, contact us with your purchase reference for replacement files after payment verification. Email delivery remains available within one business day after payment verification. A receipt or redirect alone does not establish successful file delivery. If the attachment cannot be opened, contact the seller with the order reference; do not send payment-card data or sensitive documents.
Support: Support covers missing/corrupt files and basic instructions for opening the supplied formats. It excludes reviewing customer documents, customization, legal/technical advice and facilitation. Our response target is three business days. No customer documents are needed for self-service use.
Final sale / no refunds: All digital-product purchases are final. No voluntary refunds are offered after purchase because digital files cannot be recovered once supplied. Please review the product description, included files and required software before purchasing. If files are missing, corrupt or cannot be opened, contact contact@vestsecure.com with your purchase reference for replacement files or access assistance. This policy does not limit any remedy required by applicable law.
Limits: Educational documentation resources only. They do not provide legal advice, regulatory determinations, certification, audit opinions, technical security testing, compliance guarantees or assurance of incident prevention. Customers determine appropriate operating requirements and use authorized material only.
Required software: A ZIP extraction utility, PDF reader, and a spreadsheet editor that opens CSV files. Products that include Excel workbooks or Word guides also require software compatible with XLSX or DOCX files. Markdown source opens in a plain-text or Markdown editor. No software application is included.
