Privacy Policy
Effective August 20, 2026. This policy covers the initial V.E.S.T. informational website and should be reviewed as new data-collection features are added.
Information we collect
V.E.S.T. collects only the information needed to respond to a request. If you use a website inquiry form, we may receive your name, organization, email address, optional phone number, selected areas of interest, optional approximate level of financial interest, message content, and consent acknowledgement. If you contact V.E.S.T. by email, we receive the information you choose to provide.
Technical and security information
Our hosting, DNS, security, and delivery provider may process technical information such as IP addresses, request metadata, security events, and device or browser information as necessary to operate and protect the website. Cloudflare Turnstile processes limited technical information to prevent automated abuse. V.E.S.T. does not store the Turnstile response token or a visitor's IP address in the inquiry record.
How information is used
Information may be used to respond to inquiries, evaluate support, investment, partnership, pilot, and collaboration requests, provide requested services, maintain security, prevent abuse, administer business relationships, and comply with legal obligations. V.E.S.T. does not sell personal information.
Payments
When a V.E.S.T. service offers online payment, the purchase button redirects to Stripe's hosted checkout. Stripe processes payment and billing information under its own privacy terms. V.E.S.T. does not receive or store full payment-card numbers through this website.
Cookies and analytics
The site does not intentionally use advertising cookies or behavioral advertising tools. Cloudflare may provide security, request, performance, and aggregate traffic information needed to operate the website. Stripe may use technologies necessary to operate and protect its hosted checkout. Custom analytics events do not include form message bodies, names, phone numbers, email addresses, financial-interest selections, or payment-card data.
Data retention and security
Website inquiry records are retained in protected Cloudflare infrastructure for up to 180 days under the current retention policy. Notification emails and related business correspondence may be retained as reasonably necessary for business, security, contractual, or legal purposes. No method of electronic storage or transmission can be guaranteed completely secure.
Your choices
You may choose not to provide optional information. Do not submit Social Security numbers, dates of birth, bank details, government identification, passwords, or other sensitive records through a public website form.
